Please note: The accumulating period and the booking date must be within the same quarter. After successfully accumulating spending, customers must complete the booking form below and upload the transaction receipt/proof of the accumulated spending.
*For any retail spending, please refer to below terms and conditions.
**The earliest service date is 3 days after the booking date; and the latest service date is 90 days after the booking date.
