Hang Seng Credit Card Exclusive Offer

The promotion period is from 1 July to 31 December 2025, both dates inclusive ("Promotion Period"). The Promotion Period includes the following two phases:
Phase 1 :  1 July 2025 to 30 September 2025
Phase 2 :  1 October 2025 to 31 December 2025

The Offer is only applicable to customers holding the Hang Seng Prestige World Mastercard issued by Hang Seng Bank Limited ("Hang Seng") in Hong Kong ("Eligible Credit Card").

Subject to these terms and conditions, during each phase, each eligible customer is entitled to enjoy the offer of booking a single ride of airport limousine service to / from the Hong Kong International Airport or another designated overseas airport ("Service") provided by Airport Limousine Services Ltd. ("Service Provider") at a special rate of as low as HKD250 upon conducting an Eligible Transaction with anEligible Credit Card (“Offer”).

“Eligible Transaction” means an accumulated spending of HKD3,000 or above on any air ticket(s), travel package(s), tour package(s) and/or overseas hotel accommodation, all of which being purchased or booked through any travel agency/travel website and paid with the same Eligible Credit Card within 90 days before the booking date of the Service. Each eligible customer is required to produce the relevant receipt regarding each spending in relation to the Eligible Transaction. Please refer to the online booking form for the requirements of the Eligible Transaction proof and samples.

Once a spending amount is included in one Eligible Transaction, it cannot be included in any other Eligible Transaction for enjoying the Offer.

Eligible Transaction does not include the deducted amount from the use of discount offers and / or +Fun Dollars / Merchant Dollars, any unposted purchase by Interest-free Instalment Plan at any merchant, cash advance, handling fee for cash advance, annual fee / service fee, finance charges, late charges, tax bill payment, Credit Card online bill payments (including but not limited to water bills, electricity bills, insurance premiums, payments to other banks and credit cards, etc.), Cash Instalment Plan, Spending Instalment Plan, Tax Instalment Plan, Balance Transfer Plan, Octopus Automatic Add Value Service transactions (including via e-wallet/other method to top up Smart Octopus), purchase and / or reload of stored value cards or transactions via e-wallets, purchase of products / services at financial / non-financial institutions (including but not limited to foreign currency, money orders, travellers’ cheques, deposits and money transfers), balance transfers, purchases of casino chips, and transactions which are unposted / unauthorized / cancelled / refunded / found to be fraudulent. Hang Seng will determine the eligibility of the transactions based on transaction records held by Hang Seng, which are final and conclusive.

Each Customer must use an Eligible Credit Card to make all the relevant payments in order to enjoy the Offer.

Reservation(s) must be made to the Service Provider by completing an online booking form at least 3 working days in advance and could be made up to a maximum of 90 days in advance. The booking date must fall within the Promotion Period, and the latest Service date must be within 90 days after the end of the Promotion Period. Each customer can book the Service by using the Offer at a maximum of 1 time in each phase and a maximum of 2 times during the Promotion Period. The Offer is subject to limited availability.

For overseas airport limousine services, the Service will be provided by service provider(s) designated in each respective country/region. The Service is limited to a distance of 40 kilometers to or from the designated overseas airport. If the distance exceeds 40 kilometers, additional charges may apply, which will be collected directly by the respective service provider and not by Hang Seng. Each customer will be informed of any additional charges at the time of booking confirmation.

The Service Provider reserves the right to refuse to provide the Service due to travel distance and/or traffic condition. 

During public holidays or peak seasons in each respective country/region, cancellation policies for the overseas airport limousine service may vary. The Service Provider will communicate the specific cancellation terms to the customer promptly upon receipt of the booking order.

The Offer is governed by these terms and conditions and other terms and conditions stipulated by the Service Provider. For the terms and conditions of the Service Provider, please refer to the booking form of the Service Provider.

Each customer understands and accepts that Hang Seng is not the supplier of the Service. Hang Seng bears no liability relating to any aspect of any relevant supplier, its good or service under this Offer, including without limitation:  
(a) the quality, supply and description of any good and/or service provided by the Service Provider, its staff and/or other limousine service providers; and (b) any false trade description, misrepresentation, misstatement, omission, unauthorized representation, unfair trade practices or conduct in connection with the Offer or in making available the Service. 

Each customer agrees that any personal information collected by the Service Provider may be provided, held, used, or disclosed by the Service Provider to third parties for the purpose of providing the Service in accordance with its privacy policy. Hang Seng and the Service Provider reserve the right to suspend, revise, or terminate the Offer and to amend the terms and conditions thereof at any time and from time to time without prior notice. In case of any dispute, the decision of Hang Seng and Service Provider is final.

No person other than the eligible customer, Hang Seng (which includes its successors and assigns) and the Service Provider (which includes its successors and assigns) has any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any of the provisions of these terms and conditions.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

These terms and conditions are subject to prevailing regulatory requirements.

In case of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of the terms and conditions, the English version prevails.
